Delete your Remixure account.
Account deletion starts inside your signed-in workspace. You must confirm the action and save the offered receipts before signing out. This page explains the process but cannot identify or delete an account by itself.
Request deletion
- Sign in and open Settings → Account privacy.
- Download your account export if you want to keep a copy.
- Type DELETE MY ACCOUNT and confirm.
- Save the export and support receipt, then finish signing out.
What happens
Remixure signs out your sessions, removes your workspace memberships, disables access created for your account, and begins cleanup for workspaces you alone own. If other people share a workspace, their shared content can remain available to them.
Deleting the companion’s local library only removes files and waiting work from that device. It does not delete a web account or withdraw media already handed to another app.
What the receipt proves
The receipt records the request and the state Remixure knows about. It does not claim that app stores, payment records, email records, backups, other members’ shared work, or legally required records were erased. Those limits remain visible in the signed-in deletion result.
If you cannot sign in
Try the password-reset link on the sign-in screen. If you still need help, email [email protected] from your account email and say that you need account-deletion assistance. Do not send a password, reset code, or private media. We must verify account ownership before making changes. Sending email requests assistance; it does not itself delete data or produce a deletion receipt.
