How credits work
Per second, not per prompt
AI video costs 12 credits for each second of footage on the current model. A five-second shot is 60 credits, so you see the cost before you generate.
Reserved, then settled
Credits are held when a video is queued and spent only when the footage is delivered. Failed, blocked or cancelled jobs return their credits.
Fresh every period
Each paid period adds your plan's credits. Unused credits expire at the end of the period, and editing and exports never draw them down.
Questions
What uses credits?
Generating AI video footage. Each second of generated video costs 12 credits on the current model, so a five-second shot uses 60 credits. Planning, editing, captions and MP4 exports don't use credits.
What happens if a video fails?
Credits are reserved when a video is queued. If the provider fails, the job is blocked, or you cancel before it finishes, the reserved credits are returned.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Each paid period adds its plan's credits, and unused credits expire when that period ends.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, from Manage subscription in your workspace. Cancelling keeps your plan until the end of the period you've paid for. A plan change takes effect from your next billing date.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Every workspace starts free with daily limits that reset at midnight UTC. No card is needed to create a workspace.
