Give a useful shot more than one story.
A product close-up, a recorded explanation, or a quiet establishing shot can support several videos. Keep the file in one workspace, give it a name you can find, and decide whether it fits each new scene. Remixure’s media library lets you reuse that file without uploading another copy.
Add a group of private originals.
Expand Reuse workspace media, choose Choose media files, and select up to 20 files. PNG, JPEG, MP3, PCM WAV and H.264 MP4 are supported. Each file must be nonempty and no larger than 6 MB; the whole selection must fit 24 MB. Footage must fit two minutes, 1080p and 60 fps. The server checks the actual format and workspace storage allowance before confirming it.
Review the filenames, confirm that you own or have permission to store and use every file, then choose Upload selected files. Files upload one at a time. Adding originals to the library leaves your video unchanged; preview and apply each useful file separately.
If an upload is not confirmed, keep this page open and choose Retry remaining uploads. The current file may already be stored; retry recovers that same request before moving to the next file. Finish with current uploads keeps confirmed files and stops the group. Refresh and inspect the library before choosing files again. A reload loses the local selection and retry keys, and selecting the same file again starts a new upload.
This is a bounded group of individual uploads. Successful files remain if a later one fails; the group cannot be rolled back together. Large resumable transfers, archive imports and automatic duplicate-content detection are not available.
Name the moment you will look for.
“Notebook opening, overhead” tells a teammate more than “final-03.mp4.” Include the subject and the distinguishing angle or action. Keep campaign claims in the script, where you can review them; a file name is a label, not evidence that a claim or license is current.
Uploads keep a readable file name. In Reuse workspace media, select a file, edit Media name, and select Save name. The new label applies throughout the workspace. Renaming keeps the original bytes and existing video references intact.
Keep a campaign’s files together.
Select a file, enter an existing or new Folder name, and choose Save folder. Use the Folder filter to return to that group. Clear the folder name and save to put a file back in Unfiled.
For a group, turn on Organize multiple files. Select up to 20 files across the name, media type and folder filters; the selection count tells you when it includes files outside the current filter. Add shown files adds visible files to your selection, up to the same limit. Enter one Destination folder, then choose Move selected files. Leave the destination empty to move the group to Unfiled.
Keep the studio open while it confirms each move. If a response is interrupted, the confirmed count and current folders remain visible. Choose Retry remaining moves to recover the same uncertain request before continuing, or Finish with current folders to stop the group. Successful moves remain saved; stopping does not undo them. This organizes existing files and does not upload a group of new files.
A folder is a workspace label. Moving a file keeps its private bytes, rights and saved video references intact. It does not grant access to another workspace, make a copy, or delete the file. Empty folders disappear from the list.
Find, preview, and apply.
- Open a new or saved video and choose the scene you want to change.
- Expand Reuse workspace media. Search its names, choose a folder, or filter to Images, Audio, or Footage.
- Select one file to load its private preview. Listen to audio or play footage before choosing it. Generated images and narration appear here only after their earlier human approval.
- Confirm permission for this video, then select Use in this scene or Use as primary audio / Use as background music.
- Check the preview, save, and watch the completed export before sharing. Undo restores the previous editing state if the file does not fit.
Only the selected media file loads for preview. The list contains workspace metadata, and the media remains behind authenticated workspace access.
Choose Download original file to save the selected image, audio or footage at its stored quality. Approved generated images and narration can be downloaded here too. The file keeps its actual format; its suggested name uses the workspace label. Changes made in the video editor, including crop, soundtrack volume and captions, belong to the MP4 export and do not change the original file. Keep the original’s permission or license record with your downloaded copy.
Check what each replacement changes.
Scene text callouts and shapes stay in place when the background changes. Check that the new picture leaves them readable; their colors, percentage positions and layer order belong to the scene, not the source file.
An image replaces that scene’s image or footage. A wide image may crop tightly in a vertical video; check the subject and any text inside the original picture.
Footage replaces the scene background and starts at the beginning of the chosen clip. A short clip shortens the scene when needed. Clip audio is muted; adjust the start offset and review the scene timing. See the footage and trimming guide.
Primary audio replaces the narration track, starts at zero, and clears captions tied to the previous track. Check the volume and start offset, then create or import captions for the new recording. Undo restores the previous soundtrack and captions together.
Background music adds a separate audio track at 15% volume and keeps your narration and captions. Follow the music mixing guide to adjust its balance and source start point.
Remove an unused upload without breaking a saved video.
Select a file and choose Remove unused upload. Review its name and the warning, then choose Permanently remove, or Keep file to cancel. You can remove your own uploads; workspace owners and admins can also remove another member’s unused upload.
A file used by any saved video version is protected, even after a newer version replaces it. Generated images and narration retain their review history and cannot be deleted through this control. Files in the current editor or its Undo history are also protected in that window.
Removal cannot be undone. An unsaved draft in a different window may still use the file; that draft must replace it before saving. Accepted removals disappear from the library immediately. If storage cleanup needs a retry, the usage panel shows pending removals and the file continues to count toward storage limits until cleanup completes. A workspace can remove up to 50 unused uploads per UTC day.
Keep reuse intentional.
Permission for one campaign may not cover another. Check the permitted audience, destination and use before applying a file. Approval of an AI candidate records its review; it does not create new rights to a person, product or soundtrack.
The current studio holds up to 100 media files per workspace. Individual uploads are limited to 6 MB, and an export can use up to 12 MB of source media. A group can contain up to 20 files and 24 MB. Large resumable transfers are not available yet. Reuse avoids another stored upload, but a new MP4 export still counts toward the workspace’s trial allowance.
Start with an editable template or a reviewed article draft, then choose only the media that supports that specific explanation.
Open the video studio →Upload through your agent workflow.
Use the private media CLI guide to inspect a request, upload an original or resume numbered recording parts with scoped workspace credentials. Human review remains a separate step.
