Start each new draft with a familiar look.

Repeating the same color, font and logo edits slows down a small team. Save those choices in a Remixure brand kit alongside your voice, audience, claims to avoid and required disclosure. A new storyboard can carry that exact context into editable scenes.

Save a kit you can review.

  1. Open Brand kit in your workspace. Name the brand and record its editorial notes. Treat promises and evidence notes as material to verify, not proof.
  2. Under Scene appearance, choose three six-digit hex colors, a default layout and a scene text font. Choose Sans, Serif or Mono from the fixed DejaVu catalog, or review an existing workspace-private scene font using the control below. Inspect the sample and choose clear text contrast.
  3. Upload an owned or permitted PNG/JPEG in Video studio’s media library, then return to the kit and enable Logo default. Refresh the choices if your upload is new.
  4. Choose the private image, a corner and its box size. The box is 10–40% of the frame width and 5–30% of its height. A six-percent inset keeps it inside the frame. The complete image fits inside the box; a transparent PNG keeps its clear areas.
  5. Inspect the private preview, confirm permission to use the logo in the brand’s videos, then save the kit.

The source file stays private to the workspace. SVGs and unapproved generated images are unavailable as logo defaults. Uploads are limited to 6 MB. The sample shows a landscape scene; inspect the finished video in its actual format.

Save a brand kit →

Choose the exact kit for a new storyboard.

In Video studio, open Start from an idea, brief or source and select the brand context. Review its saved notes, colors, layout, font and logo settings before requesting a draft. Later kit changes apply to new requests; they do not replace the context of an existing request.

The drafting model receives the editorial notes it needs for wording. The scene appearance, caption and graphic defaults, private logo ID, image and placement settings stay out of that language-model request. The application applies the saved appearance after drafting, with an ordinary editable logo graphic in each scene. Review the wording, claims, source and disclosure before using the draft.

A required disclosure must fit the final scene’s supporting line, within 160 characters when combined with a product disclosure. Saving a kit does not verify claims, generate a video, grant rights or publish anything.

Review a new storyboard →

Apply a kit to a video you already started.

Open Apply brand appearance in Video studio. Choose an active saved kit, the colors, layout, scene font or logo to apply and the scenes you want to change. Review the listed old and new settings, then apply one edit. The review pauses autosave and becomes unavailable if the video or the loaded kit changes. Refresh the kits when you need their latest saved version.

A kit can use catalog or reviewed private fonts for independent scene, caption and callout defaults. Every private default must share the identical original. Catalog graphic defaults apply to callouts and chart labels; private callout defaults preserve each chart’s current font. Selecting a font setting replaces the affected text’s existing font with that kit setting; the review names the actual private family and weight before and after scene or caption changes. Catalog graphic or caption choices replace private fonts on those surfaces. Clear the corresponding setting to preserve that private font. The original file stays in your library; Discard preserves the video, and one Undo restores an applied change.

A logo adds or replaces the image graphic named brand-logo. Replacement restores the kit’s corner, box, full-scene visibility and contain fit with no animation. Other graphics stay; a scene already containing six graphics cannot receive another one. Wording, scene duration, audio, cue text and cue/word times and original source/storyboard context remain. Caption appearance changes only if you explicitly select the whole caption track. A kit without a logo or scene appearance cannot apply those missing defaults.

A conservative review warning appears when a kit logo shares the lower frame with a supporting line. It is not a pixel-level collision or destination safe-area check. Inspect every selected scene in the video preview and move a crowded logo or choose a top-corner kit. One Undo restores the entire edit; Save video retains a new version. If image graphics are unavailable or the private preview fails, clear the Logo selection to review colors/layout, or retry the preview. Clearing that selection does not remove existing image graphics; those must be available or removed before saving/exporting. Later kit changes never update this saved video automatically.

Review an existing video →

Give scene text a consistent font.

Scene text font in Video studio changes the selected scene’s wording and supporting line. Sans retains the existing default; Serif and Mono use the same licensed regular and bold DejaVu files in preview and export. Timed captions, charts and other graphics keep their current fonts. If the selected Serif/Mono file does not contain a character, choose Sans or change that wording; the application does not substitute a system font for those scene families. This selector uses a fixed catalog. The separate private-font review control reuses licensed uploaded originals; remote font URLs are unavailable.

Choose a Default scene text font in Brand kit for new storyboard requests. The saved family is applied after drafting and remains editable. For an existing video, explicitly select Scene text font under Apply brand appearance, choose scenes and review the old and new family before applying. Copy scene style can also copy only a selected scene’s font. One Undo restores the previous edit; Save video retains a version.

The preview waits for the actual font files. If they fail to load, choose Retry text fonts or reset that scene to Sans; the application keeps your words and font choice instead of displaying a substituted preview. If Serif/Mono are temporarily unavailable, reset every affected scene to Sans and save, or wait until availability returns. You can also choose Sans for the kit or turn off its appearance default. Earlier saved versions keep their exact font settings.

Reuse a private scene font across new drafts.

Upload a licensed static TTF in Video studio, then open Choose a private scene-font default in Brand kit. Select the workspace original, inspect its exact preview and confirm permission to preview it and use it in finished videos. Choose Use reviewed brand font, then save the kit. An unfinished font review blocks saving; Discard keeps the current default and private original.

The default applies to scene headings and supporting lines in new storyboards after drafting. The font ID, family, hash and manifest stay outside the language-model request. Existing videos require explicit review through Apply brand appearance. A video can use one private original across its text surfaces; a different existing private face must be removed or matched first. Caption and callout defaults can reuse the identical reviewed original. A private callout default leaves every chart’s current catalog font unchanged.

Private fonts support regular or bold static TTF files up to 1 MiB, Latin text and common punctuation, with MP4 up to 12 scenes and 60 seconds at 720p or 30 seconds at 1080p. Supplied weight applies to heading and supporting line alike. Unsupported characters stop the edit instead of silently substituting a face. Review every affected scene in the finished video.

When unavailable, choose a catalog scene font or turn off scene appearance to save the rest of the kit. Clearing a default never deletes its original. Live and archived kits, retained storyboard snapshots and saved video versions protect used files from unused-media deletion.

Save a separate style for the whole caption track.

Under Caption defaults in Brand kit, enable Save a separate style for timed captions. Choose a fixed Sans, Serif or Mono family or review a permitted private original using the control below. Choose a boxed/outline/highlight preset, top/bottom placement and a supported size. Optionally save a five-color palette for text, background, outline and active-word text/highlight. Inspect the preview and save; reset controls restore the font, palette or complete style. These settings are independent of scene fonts and graphics.

For a private default, open Choose a private caption-font default, select an existing workspace TTF, inspect the actual caption preview and confirm permission to use the original. Select Use reviewed brand font, then save. Pending or changed reviews cannot be accepted; Discard preserves the current default. A kit and each video can use one private original across their text surfaces. Match the original used by a private scene default, or choose a catalog font for one surface. The original supports the existing static regular/bold, Latin, 1 MiB and MP4 limits; no font metadata enters the drafting model.

New storyboard requests keep these choices in their saved brand context. This does not add caption cues. After adding cues to a video, open Apply brand appearance, choose an active kit and select Whole caption track. Review the old and new font, preset, placement, size and colors before applying. A caption-only edit requires no selected scenes. You may combine it with selected scene changes in one edit.

The whole track changes together. Cue text, cue/word times, source context, audio and the current word-highlighting setting remain unchanged. A kit cannot add speaking-word timing or animation. Review pauses autosave; a changed video or loaded kit requires another review. Inspect every cue, then Save video. One Undo restores the complete previous edit. Reapplying the same settings leaves the video unchanged.

If a selected font cannot show the cue characters, choose Sans in the kit or change those characters in the video. Missing exact files pause application/save until Retry succeeds or you select an available font. When defaults are unavailable, turn off the default to save the rest of the kit; when only the font or custom colors are unavailable, choose Sans or reset the palette. Removing a default does not rewrite earlier drafts, saved videos or exports. SRT/VTT keep text and times without typography. See caption editing and export for track limits.

Check the logo in every scene.

Apply the reviewed storyboard, then inspect each scene’s Scene graphics. You can move, resize, replace, fade or remove the logo just like another private image graphic. Check its contrast against the background, its spacing from text and captions, and the safe areas of your intended destination. Captions remain above scene graphics.

Play through the scene boundaries, save a new video version and review the exact exported file. Logo graphics currently support original videos up to 60 seconds at a 720-pixel short edge, or 30 seconds at 1080 when enabled, at 30 fps. These limits also apply to logo-bearing drafts.

Change tomorrow’s defaults without rewriting yesterday.

Change the kit’s image or placement when the brand evolves. Existing storyboard snapshots and saved video versions keep their original settings. Turn off Logo default and save the kit to stop adding it to new drafts; this does not remove logos from previous work or delete the source.

Media used by a kit, including an archived kit, or retained draft/video history is protected from unused-media deletion. If logo defaults are temporarily unavailable, turn off the default to save the rest of the kit, or try again later. Existing videos still keep their saved appearance.

Color/layout/font/logo defaults apply to new storyboard drafts. Templates and existing projects retain their appearance until you explicitly edit them or review and apply a kit. This kit control reuses existing permitted fonts and images. It does not upload originals, verify automatic brand compliance or guarantee product or character fidelity.

For the full creation flow, follow idea-to-storyboard review or the first-video walkthrough.

Give callouts and chart labels their own font.

Turn on Graphic label font in your kit, then choose Sans, Serif or Mono, or open Choose a private callout-font default. Select an existing permitted workspace original, inspect its rendered preview and confirm permission before using it. Save the kit to keep the default. The preview uses illustrative wording and chart data. A private font applies only to callouts; each chart keeps its current catalog font. This default creates no graphics and never updates videos automatically.

In Apply brand appearance, select Graphic label font and the scenes to change. For a catalog default, review each existing text, bar, line or pie graphic’s before and after font. For a private default, review the changed callouts; chart fonts stay unchanged. Then Apply reviewed brand. Shapes and images stay unchanged, along with your wording, chart values, colors, size, timing and animation. Scene text and the whole caption track keep their separate settings.

Inspect the actual preview, then Save video. One Undo restores the complete earlier appearance. If the selected graphic font cannot load, use Retry appearance fonts. When graphic fonts are unavailable, clear Graphic label font to apply other kit settings, or choose Sans in each graphic’s editor and save a new version.
